Entering our second year at The Centers' H.O.P.E. Campus, we're reshaping our youth wellness framework by letting the 14-to-17-year-olds we serve lead the conversation and tell us exactly what they need.

The Self Love Wellness Series is launching a summer of free, accessible yoga, pilates, and mental health walks across the Cudell-Edgewater, Gordon Square, and Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods to help our community heal, move, and grow together.
