Step into community, connection, and well-being!
We are thrilled to bring back the Self Love Club Walking Club as part of our Summer Wellness Series, proudly sponsored by Northwest Neighborhoods. After a powerful start last year, we are expanding our journey to run from May through August. We're combining the power of movement, mindfulness, and mental health awareness in a refreshing 2-mile walk at the scenic Edgewater Park.
Every Monday evening from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, come connect with others, enjoy the outdoors, and prioritize your mental health. We'll kick things off with a calming 15-minute guided stretch before we set off on our mindful stroll. This is a free event, open to everyone! While registration isn't required, it helps us get a headcount.
