Step into well-being with the SLC Walking Club! Throughout May, we're combining the power of movement, mindfulness, and mental health awareness in a refreshing 2-mile walk at the scenic Edgewater Park.
Every Monday evening from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, come connect with others, enjoy the outdoors, and prioritize your mental health. We'll kick things off with a calming 15-minute guided stretch before we set off on our mindful stroll. This is a free event, open to everyone! While registration isn't required, it helps us get a headcount.
Can't make it to Edgewater Park? No worries! Feel free to walk your own trail and join us in spirit for Mental Health Awareness Month. Every step counts!
