Our goal is to make wellness accessible and free this summer, creating a space where absolutely everyone in our community can prioritize their health without barriers.
This class focuses on controlled, mindful movements that build core stability, improve posture, and lengthen your muscles—all while soaking in the refreshing mid-week lake breeze. Whether you are a seasoned Pilates lover or unrolling a mat for the very first time, our expert instructors offer modifications so everyone can move at their own perfect pace. Come for the movement, stay for the sunset, and leave with a community that cheers you on.
📅 When: Wednesdays at 7 PM (Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and find your spot!)
